rubbing elbows
So last night, was the midnight showing of ECLIPSE….ughh its been tradition for the past two movies that I go to the midnight showing, but unfortunately last night broke that tradition. Instead I went to a birthday party for Ryan Conferido.
Okay yea totally random, haha well technically I was JC’s plus one, or he brought me a long. ( I literally got super excited when I found out I was going to go…this is like the highlight of my week so far). So yesterday I planned my outfit and what not, went to class, came home, met with my group, counted the minutes down to when we would be finished so that I could start getting ready. We ending up not ending till like close to 9 so i rushed home and quickly got ready. Then JC and Charles picked me up and off to Hollywood we went.
When we got to hollywood and the actual place where the party was, I just pretty much followed JC around like a puppy. We got there and there was a photographer taking picutres with like a WOD/happy birthday ryan. JC and Charles took a picture but I just stood on the side, because 1. I`m just a gf and 2. i don`t really know Ryan. Turns out this guy starts filming me asking if I want to greet ryan happy birthday.(Uhmmm i don`t know Ryan, and Ryan doesn`t know me) I say happy birthday and we walk upstairs, then I met Ryan who probably won`t remember me but I met him anyways. I end up meeting a good majority of the quest crew members due to JC saying whats up and introducing me. I knew he like somewhat misses the dance scene and life, and being there last night was like a reunion for him. I just watched everyone who was there and took it all in. I came to the realization that those are the kind of parties that you see on the hills, and someday soon, I hope to be able to attend parties like that.
Also it got me thinking that I`m way behind on planning JC’s bday party…I only have 22 days to figure something out for him. Ughhhh I have to top what I did last year..now that he is turning a quarter of a century. Ohh and also It got me thinking that i should get a nightjob as like a club waitress girl…who brings the bottle outs for bottle service, because I mean thats a good way to network and make money,especially if I did it in L.A.
Okay I think this is pretty long know, I just had to share my experience last night with someone because if not I think i would have explode. Okay till next time!
